Connecticut Non-Emergency Medical Transportation

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation is a limited  transportation benefit that is provided to eligible Medicaid members in Connecticut who have no other way of getting to their medical, behavioral health or dental appointments.

MTM, formerly Veyo, is the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation contractor selected by the State of Connecticut to arrange transportation for HUSKY Health/Medicaid members. Currently MTM partners with health insurance plans and health facilities to provide transportation for their members. Because they contract with health plans, their transportation costs are covered by insurance or Medicaid/Medicare Advantage benefits. There is no cost to the passenger to use MTM services. You can request a ride by calling MTM at 855-478-7350 at least 2 business days before your scheduled appointment.

Please view the MTM website here.
