Loans are available at a 0% interest  rate for roof repair/replacement, plumbing, public water hook up, electrical work, heating system replacement, siding and window replacement, and general rehabilitation and renovations needed to upgrade the Town’s housing stock.  Projects such as family room additions, decks, etc. are not permitted under this program.

Eligibility is based on household size and income.

2 people  $ 63,950

3 people  $ 71,950

4 people  $ 79,900

Additional family size and limits available upon request.

Non-owner occupied properties are eligible for financial aid contingent upon the tenants meeting the income limits. Rental units must be maintained as affordable for at least five years after rehabilitation if they participate in the program.
