A non-profit community-based group dedicated to nurturing, assisting, and enabling the residents of Canton. It was created to coordinate community efforts to assist Canton residents with personal and community needs not otherwise met.

Gifts of Love

Connecticut Community Cares, Inc.

NCAAA

The North Central Area Agency on Aging (NCAAA) is a regional non-profit organization based in Hartford that provides planning and management of funding and advocacy for services to older persons and their caregivers in the 38-town North Central Connecticut region. 800.994.9422. 

Canton Parents as Teachers

Canton Parents as Teachers seek to provide education and support to parents in their role as their child’s first and best teacher. The program provides home visits, activity groups, resource networking and developmental screenings to any participating Canton family with young children between the ages of birth to five.
