Arriving in Collinsville at age 9, Katherine Kuster (1862-1944) was a native of Alsace-Lorraine.  She married Charles Kuster, a Collins Company employee.  She had a daughter and three grandchildren at the time of her death. 

A member of St. Patrick’s Church, the funeral was held there with a requiem high mass led by Rev. John Sullivan. 

Katherine Arnold Kuster is buried in Calvary Cemetery, Collinsville.
