This fun beginner-to-intermediate class provides a full-body workout using multiple fitness modalities: resistance training, cardio, balance and stretching using resistance bands, light weights, steps, POUND Ripstix, occasional dance fitness moves and chairs for optional standing support. Each class varies slightly, but each works all major and some minor muscle groups. Tuesdays at 10:30am Parks & Rec Room $15 per Session / $5 Drop-Ins. Registration Required.
