RFP: FOR PURCHASE OF ONE 2013 43,120 LBS MINIMUM GVW 4X4 DUMP TRUCK
The Town of Canton, CT is soliciting bids for the purchase of one 2013 43,120 lbs minimum GVW 4x4 Dump Truck.
One (1) original and one (1) copy of the bid must be submitted to the Chief Administrative Officer's Office, 4 Market Street, P.O. Box 168, Collinsville, CT 06022-0168 prior to 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids may not be submitted by facsimile or email.
The Town of Canton reserves the right to accept any or any part of bids, to reject any, all, or any part of bids, to waive any formalities or informalities in the bidding process, and to award the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening.
Copies of the Bid Package shall be obtained in person at the Chief Adminsitrative Officer's Office, 4 Market Street, Collinsville, CT 06022-0168, (860) 693-7837, during the hours of 8:15am-4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; 8:15am-6:45pm Wednesday; 8:15am-12:00pm Friday.
