TOWN OF CANTON, CONNECTICUT
PUBLIC HEARING
Wednesday, October 24, 2018

The Board of Selectmen, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the Town Charter, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Canton Community Center, Room F, 40 Dyer Avenue, Canton, Connecticut to take comments on the following:

Adoption of an Ordinance entitled “Illicit Discharge and Connection Stormwater Ordinance” for the purpose of providing for the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Canton through the regulation of non-storm water discharges to the storm drainage system and amend the Citation Ordinance section 15-11 to include the Illicit Discharge and Connection Stormwater Ordinance as one of the ordinances subject to the citation hearing procedures.

A copy of the ordinances are on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Library and online at www.townofcantonct.org.
