CANTON CT - WPCA PIPELINE REHABILITATION PHASE 2 REBID

LEGAL NOTICE

Town of Canton, CT (Owner) invites sealed Bids for WPCA Pipeline Rehabilitation Phase 2 REBID, which includes infiltration and inflow (I/I) pipeline rehabilitation in the Collinsville and Dowd Avenue/East Hill Road Area to reduce excessive infiltration. Substantial Completion: within 60 days. Post Substantial Completion Punchlist complete (all Work except Warranty Inspection):  within 90 calendar days; and Warranty Inspection (ready for final payment) within 14 calendar days prior to expiration of the Warranty Period (351 days from Substantial Completion).  Bidding is per provisions of the Connecticut General Statutes and municipal codes and ordinances.

Request electronic Bidding Documents (no cost): August 9, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. by email to MunicipalBids@woodardcurran.com with complete contact information & subject line Canton CT-WPCA Pipeline Rehabilitation Phase 2 REBID.  Official Bidding Documents will be available once registered. Documents from third parties are not considered official Bidding Documents.

Virtual non-mandatory pre Bid conference: 11:00 a.m. local time on August 16, 2023; access instructions will be emailed.

Receipt of Bids:  11:00 a.m. on September 12, 2023. Submit to Canton Town Hall, 4 Market St, P.O. Box 168, Collinsville, CT 06019, Attention: John Kaminski. Bid security: 5% of total Bid.

 Project is bid subject to the prevailing wage laws under CGS Chapter 557, §31-53 and 31-53a and CGS Chapter 558 and subject to prevailing wage rates as determined by the Connecticut Department of Labor Commissioner who has adopted as prevailing wage rates in accordance with CGS §31-53(d).
