REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Architectural and Construction Administration Services
For the
REPLACEMENT OF WINDOWS AT THE CANTON JUNIOR/SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
The Town of Canton invites the submission of qualifications in accordance with the conditions and terms set forth herein from qualified firms to provide complete design and architectural services, State Department of Education reimbursement assistance, permitting, bidding and construction administration services for the replacement of portions of the windows located on the north and east sides of the Canton Junior/Senior High School in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations while minimizing masonry disturbance. To be considered, the firm must have completed a minimum of five (5) Connecticut public school projects. Experience with window replacement projects is preferable.
 Firms responding to the RFQ must address all items in the Scope of Services to be considered having made a responsible submission.
Firms that are interested in being considered for this project should submit a letter of interest and such other information that will demonstrate qualifications and experience in the successful completion of window replacement projects (one original and five copies) to:

To be considered for this project, the response to this RFQ must be received in the Business Office at the Canton Board of Education no later than Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 3:00 pm.
