Request for Proposals to Provide Maintenance Services for Town Owned Emergency Generators

The Town of Canton, through its Chief Administrative Officer (“CAO”), is seeking bids for an appropriately licensed and qualified company and/or an individual to provide contracted preventive maintenance and emergency services for the Town emergency generators for a period of 36 months with an additional 12 month renewal option, commencing on July 1, 2021.

One (1) original and three (3) copies of sealed bids for the above-named Invitation must be received in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Canton Town Hall, 2nd Floor, 4 Market Street Collinsville, CT by 3:30 PM local time on May 12, 2021, at which time all bids will be publicly opened in the second floor Conference Room of the Canton Town Hall.  The Town of Canton will reject bids received after that date and time.
